Negative. Microsoft NDA only includes talking about the contents and repeating the exact wording of MS exam questions...and of course, the use of illegal braindumps. Nobody can pass an exam because he knows the number and/or type of questions he will get.

If you are still uncertain, please check the following links:
For Microsoft NDA: http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/certification/exam-policies.aspx#tab2
For MCP Program Agreement: http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/certification/exam-policies.aspx#tab3

Apart from that, this should not raise a discussion on rules and post restrictions here. You might send me a PM instead. Please stick to the topic at hand.

regards, Charger

A very common question: what are the number of questions in 70-290 in India?

The number all over the planet is exactly the same, dude.
Just prepare well and U will get what you deserve to have.
70-290 is one of the agreeable MS cert. system.

Passed the 70-290 yesterday: 900/1000
I used CBT Nuggets and MS Self paced guide to pad out what the Nuggets show. I find the MS books very long winded - indeed The CBT tutor will show you the equivalent of 3 pages reading in 30 seconds. I tend to watch the Nuggets and then read the relevant sections in the MS Self Paced books as the nuggets don't provide all the learning you will need. The nuggets do, however, provide a fantastic foundation for understanding the topics.
On to the 70-291 now - thinking of going for the Sybex book instead of MS Press (I used Sybex for CCNA and they were spot on)

Just passed my 70-290 on aug 14 with 753 score.
46 questions 4 sims Passed all sims missed many questions.

Study material
2 years part time
6 months full time
3 CBT's Nuggets, Learning Key (excellent), Testout (sleeping Pill) but good simulations
Testout may have the most boring speaker ever but the sims are the reason I passed.
I also have a complete dual win2000 server network at home to experiment with.
I had 75 min. left to finish the test.
Only 3 of the over 400 questions I reveiwed before the test were on the test. It appears that Microsoft
has created a competely new 2003 server exam.

The only good book I liked was a old book from when I was going for the 2000 exam when MS pulled the plug
The book is by Kenneth Laudon and Robin L. Pickering and Azimuth Interactive,, published by Pearson/Prentice Hall
Full color with hundreds of detailed step by step screen shots of all but the newest 2003 features for doing sims.
This book is so good I bought all four in the MCSA series. AND DONT ASK I WILL NOT SELL MY COPY.

Passed 70-290 today 820/1000 on 2nd attempt
44 questions with about 7 to 8 Simulations
3.5 hours

Study guides use:
(1)MCSA/MCSE : Windows server 2003 environment management and maintenance study guide
By Lisa Donald with Suzan Sage London and James Chellis.
SYBEX, c2003.
(2)MCSA/MCSE, self-paced training kit (exam 70-290) : managing and maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 environment
By Dan Holme and Orin Thomas.
Microsoft Press, c2006.

Other suggestions:
1) Attempt all hand-on exercises given in the Microsoft Press book. It will be helpful for Simulation questions.
2) Good link to learn about Share Permissions vs. NTFS Permissions - http://www.ntfs.com/...permissions.htm
