The user doesn't use Macros to import the spreadsheets. Not sure if that matter with the link that was posted. I haven't tried any of those fixes yet. I wanted to provide a little more info.

This happens with any spreadsheet they try to import to Access.

They manually import the spreadsheet every time. This is only happening to 4 users in a corporate office.

I have tried reinstalling office with no luck. If the users goes to another
computer they are able to import the spreadsheets with no problem. It is just their
own PC that is having the problem. This just started happening about a month ago.

They are using Access 2003 and also the computers that are able to import the

spreadsheet with no problem are using Access 2003.

If this can't be resolved then the last resort is to rebuild the laptop with a fresh image.

Thanks
