AIR-AP125G startup

I have just unpacked a brand new AIR-AP125G and powered it up.

It goes through the bootup sequence ok but hugs before the prompt. Iam not able to perform the initial configuration of the AP.

Below is the info am getting from the console

Are you powering the AP via power supply or POE? Try the power supply? Otherwise return it for a new one, however it could be a IOS load, or you could try reseating the radio cards?
