every 2-3 days
we have to use the commands

Clear ip dhcp conflict*
Clear ip dhcp bindings*

==============================================================================
we have ICMP enabled
and some static IP's on each subnet.

Nodes on each subnet

open source IP phones,
Printers,
IP cameras,
Access Points
and Laptops

not using VLANS all devices on the same subnet

I wouldnt mind doing VLAN's but not sure since the network is a

Hybird of different layer 2 switches (3comm,Linksys, cisco , Dell)

being diasy chained thru copper\fuber
what would be a good solution to fix these issues?

ip helper address command.

DHCP Relay in the Microsoft World.

Basically you need to get the DHCP Request to the DHCP Server.

Simple as that.
