Why do you look in google, for this purpose you can explore the certifications in microsoft.com. If you had any more questions you can ask then

Good luck

So tell us about your interests, your job field, your background, which may help us to help you more. As you said there are so many MCTS excluding development and programming

First, the obligatory snark: How can you want a cert if you don't understand what it is? And if you haven't figured out google search, you aren't a good candidate for any cert. End snark.

Now that that's out of the way, we can, as they used to say, "get down to brass tacks."

The useful details on MCTS for the serious candidate:

MCTS Certifications are explained starting at hxxp://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/certification/mcts.aspx#tab2

To earn each MCTS certification, you must pass the corresponding exam(s).

Some folks just need a "kick in the pants" as my late father used to say.

Here's a related story he told me:

A long time ago a farmer wanted to buy a mule from his neighbor. He asked the neighbor if the mule had any problems.

"Not a problem," the neighbor said. "This mule will do anything you ask. All you have to do is ask him nicely." The neighbor added, "Just make sure you never mistreat my mule."

The price for the mule was fair, so the farmer bought the mule. The very next day the farmer wanted to plow his field. He hitched the mule to the plow. The mule had no intention of pulling that plow!

The farmer said, "Git up!" But the mule paid no attention. The farmer tried talking nicely until his face almost turned blue. It did no good. So, he called his neighbor over.

The neighbor came right away. When he heard the problem, he walked over and picked up a two-by-four. He hit the mule right in the head. Then he whispered in the mule's ear. That mulee started plowing back and forth the field, turning the soil over without anyone standing behind the plow.

"I thought you said never to mistreat your mulee," stated the farmer. "You said all that I had to do was to talk nicely to him."

"Well," answered the neighbor. "You just have to get his attention first before talking to him."

May God bless you all.

as far as i know there is no direct upgrade path from 2003 exams to the 2012 exams.
You can, however, upgrade MCSE on Windows Server 2003 to MCSA: Windows Server 2008 by passing exam 70-646 along with 70-648 OR 70-649. You can then in turn upgrade MCSA: Windows Server 2008 to MCSA: Windows Server 2012 by passing exam 417. You can then complete exams 413 and 414 to complete MCSE: Server Infrastructure.
