Can any one please help in the following account management.
I want to create a domain user which can install/remove applications on client computers, manage client computers and can't login on server.
How can i do this?

If you're on a Windows 2003 network you could use Restricted Groups GPO, which is slightly different in nature and target, which you can read about here http://support.micro...kb/279301/en-us or here http://www.frickelsoft.net/blog/?p=13
