My external DNS IP address changed company.com and mail.company.com

And the records that exist in Windows have to manually change because if not customers of the infrastructure could not access the site and receive email. You know how I can do this automatically, ie if this exchange of IP case make it automatic, there is that possibility?

PS: My domain consists of company.corp and company.com

It does not help. My internal domain has the same name as the external, for example;

company.com (external) and company.corp (internal)
