Can not Start CCX Engine and Get trace logs from CCX by Realtime Monit

Dear all !

I'm deploying CCX for an enterprise

i config intergration CCX and CUCM

But i have a trouble 

 - Can not Start CCX Engine

 - Use Realtime Monitoring Tool to get trace log, but it have error " Request Failed. Please make sure cico trace collectiong service is running ... " But this services has run, i see it's running on ccx serviceability ...

Please help me !

what's your spec of PC/Vmware? dual core Intel CPU and 2 GB RAM?
