CallFWD when No Answer Internal/external doesnt work in CCM 8

Dear All,


This is my 1st post here, hopefully writing in the right section, if not apologies to the forum admins.


I have the following issue:


My CFwdALL doesn’t work when I choose call fwd when No Answer Internal/external. The weird thing is that it is working when I manually push the  CFwdALL button on my Cisco IP phone 7942.


Also if I go to Call Forward and Call Pickup Settings and select Forward ALL it is working, but if I select only:


Forward No Answer Internal

Forward No Answer External

Forward Unregistered Internal

Forward Unregistered External


It does not work and the message that I hear is "call cannot be completed as dialed". To have a better idea I will attach few pictures so you can see the CSS config and what is assigned to in FWD rules.


Note that the CSS in device information and CSS in Call Forward and Call Pickup Settings are different, since I am using: css_all to block all calls and css_block_premium to block premium calls ( like paid phone services, etc.) .


I am also attaching screenshots to clarify.
