Well you will have to decide for yourself whether it is important for your personal preferences and career goals or not.

CCNA is a certification exam that certifies a certain level of knowledge in computer networks. It may also refer to the preparatory course (CISCO) Provide by CISCO worldwide. There are no prerequisite for taking the exam – anybody can register for the exam.
