SO my written expires in October :) Also I am in Kabul for the foreseeable future with very little in the way of entertainment or freedom of movement.

I have decided that since I have various restrictions imposed that the time spent in my hotel room could be better utilised so its time to jump back on the rack and try again.

Book a date in Brussels for sep/oct and try once more too slay the beast.

Lets see how I get on :)

Best of luck;

I guess my written is expired for the purpose of the lab... I took it last around July of 2011.

Ouch!

Guess I'll just take it again.

I have a question:

In terms of starting the CCIE journey, where do you recommend to start?

Most tasks should be familiar and to reproduce them should be little more than finger memory, you don't have the time in the lab to research so most of the common tasks should be second nature.

To achieve this just keep practising using well known workbooks

Best of luck Mark - changes are being announced Cisco Live 2013, June 23-27 from what i am told.

Normal rumors of what will change - then we see the panic!
