Doubt in answer-Identify the current OSPF router ID for Router1.

Could you  please clarify me why the correct answer is loopback1 IP?

 

Refer to the exhibit.

Router1 was just successfully rebooted. Identify the current OSPF router ID for Router1.

 

A: 190.172.32.10

B: 208.149.23.162

C: 208.149.23.194

D: 220.173.149.10
