core switch high CPU Utilization problem

HI all
 
we are facing core switch high CPU  Utilization problem pls help me.
 
 
Sep 15 16:38:47: %SYS-1-CPURISINGTHRESHOLD: Threshold: Total CPU Utilization(Total/Intr): 83%/1%, Top 3 processes(Pid/Util):  52/65%, 51/5%, 104/5%
Sep 15 16:40:12: %SYS-1-CPUFALLINGTHRESHOLD: Threshold: Total CPU Utilization(Total/Intr) 20%/0%.
Sep 15 17:28:02: %C4K_EBM-4-HOSTFLAPPING: Host 00:0C:29:60:42:BF in vlan 180 is moving from port Gi2/6 to port Gi5/4
Sep 15 18:36:51: %C4K_EBM-4-HOSTFLAPPING: Host 00:0C:29:0A:40:7B in vlan 180 is moving from port Gi3/4 to port Gi2/5
Sep 15 18:37:07: %C4K_EBM-4-HOSTFLAPPING: Host 00:0C:29:0A:40:7B in vlan 180 is moving from port Gi2/5 to port Gi3/4
