Copy VM from One HyperV to another HyperV

without shutting down the VM

I have got two HyperV 2008 R2 bare servers. and in one server i got 3 VMs configured. 




I want to move all VMs from one HyperV server to another without shutting down the VMs. can you suggest any process or third party free softwares for doing above task.



its urgent. early suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Someone may correct me, but you won't be able to move VM while they are running, unless they are in a cluster and you can live-migrate them, If you are required to move them from one storage to another, then I am afraid you will have to shutdown vms to move all files across.
