Jabber 10.5 for Android - Phone Services not able to connect

We are using Cisco Call manager 9.1.2 with IM / Presence 9.1.1. I have tried to use Jabber for IPhone and find no issue. but when I tried to use Sony Xperia Z2 android ver. 4.4.4. I am facing issue with Phone Service cann't connect. 

I have checked cisco website for the compatibility but it show Samsung , sony Xperia Z2 is compatible. Although I am able to connect with IM only.

 

Please help.

Set the Cisco Unified Communications Manager to use mixed mode security, enable secure SIP call signaling, and use port 5061. See the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Security Guide for your release for instructions on configuring mixed mode with the Cisco CTL Client. You can locate the security guides in the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Maintain and Operate Guides. This solution applies to the following supported devices:

  • Sony Xperia Z1 (Android OS 4.2 to Android OS 4.4 latest)

  • Sony Xperia ZR/A (Android OS 4.1.2 to Android OS 4.4 latest)

  • Sony Xperia Z2 (Android OS 4.4.x)

  • Sony Xperia M2 (Android OS 4.3)

Thank you for your response. Actually I have already tried and went through cisco steps but no luck. I heard there is some bugs in Android from last two years. Did you try yourself. 

 

or if you can give me specific link for the same. I will really appreciate it.

Thinker....do you still need help with THIS ISSUE?  Did you configure the Jabber device in Call Manager correctly?  For android it would start with BOTuserid ....etc.  Let's go from here
