Hi All,

I am a CCNA certified from Bangalore.I just want to turn my career into cisco security or voice.....Please advice me with your valuable suggestions and reasons behind that.

hi Amit,

Kneel Down, pray and ask the Almighty to help you find the right way. Spend three days in a camp in the forest with a Bible, Koran and Vedas nd get God to talk to you.

My limited thsinking says,
The important thing is to get your foot firm in the industry. once it is firm you can move around and you will have a good backup. you need a CCIE for that to happen in a technology that will be there even 20 years from now.
I recommend Security for two reasons.
1> you can get a job in any country. Voice has no opennings in middle east.
2> Security is an easy CCIE compared to Voice. Its easier than Routing and Switching as well.
Make a good foundation for your career. If you base it on Voice which is now changing to the cloud, you are building your career on a shaky foundation.
People who worked in legacy voice are suffering today since their experience does not count today.

In this time Cisco CCIE security lab v4.0 come, in which u learn more thing by v3.0 like voice security, wireless security , mobile security and cloud computing.

no doubt Security stream taff compare to Voice and R & S , because all the works of R & S can do by a Security CCIE expert and it also handle voice security.

i think u must go with Security or other options is Service Provider.
