  1. Hi, I want to create a new routing pattern for the SIP trunk, Right now I am using routing pattern of 6[^5]XXX in my CUCM, means except 65XXX series should goes to Nortel system through E1. But now i need to remove 60XXX series from this routing pattern. I am going to use 60XXX as a pattern for SIP trunk. So how to split this route pattern 6[^5]XXX. Anyone can help me to split this routing pattern 6[^5]XXX correctly. Regards AZ.
  2. Hi, It is a weird problem for me, suddenly i received a complaint from the users that they are facing inter digit delay to reach the caller. I am using 5 digit extension internally, if i try to call internally(off hook stage) it takes around 10 seconds to reach other end. But if i dial from hands free stage(on hook stage), i don't face any problem, it reaches quickly without delay. I checked all E1's and publisher services, also routing pattern. i found nothing gone wrong. Please any body help me clear this issue.very urgent friends. Regards AZ

Hi guys , I am facing a problem in the FXO ports.Actually I am newly installed one FXO slot in my 3845 router.It is regiseterd in my call manager too.I confugured four PSTN lines on four port of the FXO card.we can dial the calls from the PSTN number to outside/internally.Is is working fine.But the problem is ,it is not receiving any incoming calls.If we dial this PSTN number, it is giving message of "Calls can not be completed as it dials, pls confirm your directory .."So it not receiving any incoming call, directly goes to voice message.I disabled voice mail also.But it is giving same problem.I will show my part of the confign of my router... Hi guys, Can any one guide me to help this issue, everything was working fine until last week, suddenly some of my cisco IP phone 7911 model get restart randomly, after restart the phone does not come up ,it shows "IP configuring" ,it is not taking any IP from the switch.Cant able to register back.it shows some cahed ip in the set, if i try to ping can not able to ping.It is happening in some part of my network only.what would be the issue. can anyone advice me to solve this issue. thanks,

    CUCM error.

    Hi, I am facing a problem in my Callmanager 6.0 publisher,suddenly i could not able to login my cucm publisher thro web.I went and checked it shows "IPVMS:DelRX Audio:Signal error(11) usr RX empty Sig(40) id(62)". "IPVMS:DelRX Audio:Signal error(11) usr RX empty Sig(39) id(61)". I can able to logon Subscriber,so i try to restart the publisher services, but i could not reach publisher thro subscriber. what would be the issue,how can i reach publisher thro web. Can anyone help me to sort this issue.it is very urgent. thanks. AZ.

Hi guys, I am facing one problem in my Call manager 6.0, Suddennly i am seeing the amber light indication in my server, I checked in the call manager , it is showing that "logical drive-critical" Hope that due to unavailabilty of the space in the hard drive showing this error. what i have to do bring into normal function.   10. Hi, I am having an issue in one cisco 7970 model telephone set, if i call from any telephone set to this line(7970 set) ,after 2 ring it is going to speaker mode automatically. what would be the issue in this particular line. Regards AZ

    Cisco Call Manage 6 Issue

    Hi chrcel, Everything was working fine until yesterday, suddenly ,now I can not make changes to lines on a phone or force a reset or restart of any phone while in Call Manager configuration.Additionally, soft reset and hard reset of a phone doesn't pull any changed configuration. The net effect is that I now can't add any new phones, nor change the configuarion on any existing phone. Should i restart any services will help to clear this issue.Pls help me to sort out of this problem. Reg AZ

Hi Friends, I am using Cisco Call Manage 6. if i make any changes in the call manger for configuring or restarting any IP phone(7911/7970 models using) ,it is not taking effect or not getting restart.whatever changes i am doing in the CUCM, it is not showing any changes in the IP phone. what would be the issue.
