    NAT with overlapping networks

Hello all, My first question here. I'm trying to configure routing between two sites through L2VPN link. From one side we are sending all traffic to another side of the link. As it turns out some of our network range is overlapping with their address scheme. So, the suggested solution is to perform NAT for all traffic sourced form our network. All configuration should be done on our side. On our router R1, interface Gi0/0 is connected to other side of L2 tunnel. Interface Gi0/1 is connected to our LAN where all traffic is coming from. Any thoughts on how that NAT would look like? Thanks.
