Hi,

Require help!!!
When starting and working of with three routers, after some time in the telnet console it shows "Connection lost to localhost"

And the below Console output is generated....I can't proceed further; it is also hampering making advanced configuration for making a proper CCNP LAB,
=> Error: lost communication with dynamips server localhost.
It may have crashed. Check the dynamips server output
Exiting...

I have selected Idle time, and starting 4 routers makes process go upto 70%, tried all the permutations and combinations with the IDLE Time, i do require help

if the thin works, then crashes after a while, Maybe your machine cant handle it.......
I know you say you check the IDLE PC, but keep playing with it until you get it to 5%

Hi Zalas,

Thanks for ur reply , My PC is 1.6 Duo Core with 2 GB RAM.
I already done the my share of combinations with IDLE PC , but I am havin WinXP with SP2 do you think that can be a problem?

i dont see how XP Sp2 will be a problem coz im also using it, and i have not issues.
What ISO are you using?
