Hello Everybody,

I am looking for a redundancy setup of ISS Realsecure Siteprotector. I have multiple network sensors across offices and the Siteprotector and database server is located at the central office. All my network sensors report the events to the only SP I have.

Now I am scared for the only SP installed at my central office. If that one goes down my network will have no servers that can analyze the logs coming from network sensors.

Can somebody tell me whether I can have another SP as backup of the existing one?

Please let me know... I am stuck with it..

Thanks

Hi,

About the only way to setup redundancy here is to use Secure Sync. It's a feature that allows you to move from one SiteProtector to another. And can be used for redundancy purposes. Let me know if you need more help in setting it up.
