Passed today my ITIL V3 Managers Bridge, got 85% (minimum required 80%),so it was very close. :D

Used the supplied materials from the course.

The materials has references to all 5 ITIL Books, Service Strategy, Design, Transition, Operation and CSI.

Read those references in the books, so I used the books but did not entirely read them.

And for the summary I also read the Foundation book intensively.

Hi,

I cleared the exam in Oct-09. The materials I used are

1. ITIL V3 Foundation Cracker 3.01 from "itil4u.com."

2. Exins ITIL Life Cycle Overview and

3. V3 Foundation Pocket Guide.

To clear the exam , you need to have a good understanding about the ITIL processes and Functions. Don't rely on any dumps as questions are changing frequently.

I have just passed the ITIL v3 Foundation with a score of 38!

I went a course ran by professional training provider and only used the OGC book/folder. The course was Monday-Wednesday morning with the exam in the Wednesday afternoon.

I had very limited prior knowledge of ITIL so paid attention throughout the training and did about 4-5 hours revision on both the Monday and Tuesday nights.

I found it pretty tough going and think that if the course was the full 3 days then the exam on the 4th it would not only be much easier to pass but the candidates would have a greater understanding of the subject with a bit less parrot fashion learning.
