Need Help to Backup SQL Database

Hi,

I am in need of backup Sql database. As my system have some driver problem i cant able to get into normal mode. But i can able to enter with safe mode and safe mode with networking. when i tried to login to the sql database, it refuses to connect in both modes as remote connection are not allowed. So pls help me to backup the Sql database.

if you are sure that the problem is due to drive or with the operating System then follow the steps .
if the problem is with the database then dont try these steps it can loss ur data.

1.If you are using oracle sql then go to the drive in which you have installed your database.copy the main folder and place it in some reliable drive.
2.Remove ur problem.
3.Install the database again.
4.Stop all services of oracle.
5.Replace with the copied folder.

The best way is copy ur folder and try these steps on another system.if u success then repeat it on ur system.

for oracle i use rman, and mysql i think has implemented mysqldumper.

You could use them.
