Hi guys,
i am trying to make a site for my self and i want to also create pages for the
mobiles that could be viewed on mobiles.i am programming these in vb.net,
i have studied the book for the asp.net for the mobiles web creation.
but i am not able to understand the process of how to do it.tutorial just gave
me the insight of how to use different mobile controls.
i want to know how to deploy the mobile web pages?
also how to integrate them(mobile web pages) into my normal web pages?
plz i need your help on different GUI issues, how should i design the GUI.
what are the guidelines for the GUI of the WEB pages for mobile devices?
also what types of Graphics should i include in the web pages?
i have the experience working in Macromedia Flash MX and Fireworks,
can i make use of them for the graphics of the mobile web pages.?
any suggestions and ideas are welcomed :)
i am waiting for ur response.
thanks

my main problems are still the same,no solution has been found.

1.How will i deploy the web pages along with the normal web pages.
i want to know all the details for the deplyment of mobile web pages ?
2.i also want to know the GUI specifications guide for mobile web pages?
3.i want to make an sms alert system ,also a news system for the mobile
that tells the friends of mine to visit the site when it has been updated.
i want to be able to send other messages through the web site to the friends?

For the time being ,these are my primary concerns.

I've been thinking explorer...

I remember u been askin for this info ever since u join here and till now u keep saying you dont learn anything from all the help n links members have given you.

I've explained in the past that we can only help u to some extend by supplying u with some links n tutes. From what i see(in this thread + ur past threads) lots of members helped u on this and the links they given are very useful if u PROPERLY n REALLY read through those.

You cannot however expect us to do the whole thing step by step for u dear.
The links u got are more than enough but still u said those are no use for u. I tend to think now that, this is ur smart way of creating post count and repeating stuffs. (sorry to say that but that's what it look like)

So let me ask u some questions.
# What have u learn from those links (u said u read all of it)?
# If u have read those, could u explain abit of what u understand from those, i'm sure u got some info from those. Say ... explain some basic steps and term use there.
# which links do u think give the best tutorial or intro about mobile programmin?
# Have u any experience in any mobile programming or anything similar at all?
# Have u taken any course on this or study on this at all?

If not then, my dear, u r just wanting others to do things for u which is no good at all.
I would again advice u to read tho the posts again and understand ur situation..

U are correct on that Ouch,
I really was searching for him and did provide 2-3 links with very good recources for helping him and I was thinking to myself,is he studying those materials or just saying I need this one I need that one(sorry explorer but u really can get materials from those) and u should start learning urself things...I know it is not easy but u may find a way to get the first information or knowledge u need to start and then try the materials we have provided I am sure u will make it,...

Sorry to hear ouch that u think that way.(me increasing just my posts).
may be i am a bit lousy in my work but it doesn't mean that u can hurt any
one by saying the things that u said!
this forum has helped me a lot,its members have helped me a lot in my
field as well as as a person maturing in personality.
dear ouch,
sorry again if i have in anyway disappointed u.
i'll try not to diapppoint u again.

Dear devil2k3,
buddy u have specially helped me a lot during these past days.
i am really thankful to u.if in any way i have offended u ,i am sorry.
i have benefitted a lot from your links.
but if u look at my last post and my answer to harsh_puri you'll see that
i have the difficulty in those topics, what you are telling me is the general links
for the material that i have studied already, but i was then and i am now still thankful for providing those links.i had told u then and i am telling u now,i am thankful really thankful to you for helping me.
But unfortunately non of the links that you provided answer my concerns about
how to manage and merge Both Normal web pages and Mobile web pages,
they don't provide any answer for the guidelines for the GUI specification for the
interface design for mobile web pages.
so plz try to understand u were really helpful but what i was searching for then ,
still i am searching bcoz i have not yet find the answer to my question.

And by the way ouch, nobody does work for nobody,i know that,
eveybody has to do his own job and work, but i was just honest in telling
my problem, sorry if u did not like it.
