As per tutorials I've written a few myself on my blog and with time permitting it I will keep scripts and tutorial coming, they are more quiz than tutorials that will mess with your machine so that you can fix and reconfigure it. Again if you google you will find some other material as well.
If you have any question just ask, cheers Lethe.

Michael Jang RHCE book is on rhel 5 ....but now they are using 6th version does this matter ?Self study is absolutely possible, I did as with most of my exams this way, as per books the standard ones are usually Michael Jang RHCE book, if memory serves a new version of RHCE 6 is coming out around July, and Ashar Ghory RHCE book and reference (search them in google or Amazon and you will find both of them).

I did this for my RHCA, there are no books on that part and I study on the free documents.
Just go on Red Hat website and download the RHCE syllabus, mark the points and study them, there is no need to wait for the new book or be scared about being for "the old exam". As an addition Michael Jang book was written when the installation of Linux, with or without kickstart, was still part of the exam... as it is for the new exam now. The rest, you can easily find for free or ask

i am using windows 7 and ubuntu ,,,ubuntu comes with an grub that can load windows 7 and ubuntu..If i install RHEL will it be also able to load 3 operating system's in my case that will be 1.)windows 7 2.)ubuntu 3.)RHEL5 and is RHEL comes with grub bootloaderStrictly speaking no
The good of Linux is that Apache, Bind, Samba are all the same... Same goes for the rest of the packages, when you know how to configure them no matter if you are under RHEL5 or 6, the beautiful of Linux is that if there is something missing from the book you can easily go on the Net and download the documentation for that specific part of the exam.

as per the grub thing if memory serves that is absolutely possible, I had one of my machines for testing purposes booting between Centos, Ubuntu, Suse and Windows but it was quite tricky due to the different versions of Grub being used by RH and Ubuntu.
I run Debian Mint and do everything with virtual machines so can't really tell if the situation is any different now, not sure about that. Again my suggestion would to use VM, under Ubuntu you even have Virtual Box in the official repositories so you don't even need a lot of work to be up and running
