pls some one help me i am new to MCSE, i can not print on network printer, when i right click on my printer icon it displays this message (the printer property cannot be display. the print spool service is not running)

try to start this service
you can find it in admin tools under services

Have you installed the proper printer drivers?

Click "Start" then "RUN", on the text box portion type "services.msc"
Locate Print Spooler then start/restart the service.

Also make the service as automatic because it will run when your computer boot.
