Hi Everyone! I just joined the site today and am here to introduce myself.
I am currently working for a large telecommunications company, where i work corporate tech support escalations (support for data/video/phone and billing) and have been in the industry for 3.5 years. I am looking to get into something more technical, which is why i am going through the MSCA track. I have the materials for MSCE (took the whole track in late 2007, but started the new job and never had time to get certified), so i am not sure if i want to go from MCSA to MCSE or MCITP....but ill figure that part out later.
Anywho, just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I am looking forward to learning from all the experienced cert takers and IT pros on this site!!

Hi everyone! I'm a newbie here as well and hope to be a good participant and follower of this forum.
