Dears,

I am planning the development of new website of our office. i almost prepare the RFP (Request for Proposal) of the Website. but i am a bit confused about the security and Platform of the new website.

Can any one please guide me regarding the platform (Programming Language)/ Open Source Packages like (Joomal, Zend etc) and securities i implement. which tools and securities you are suggesting me.

There are so many technologies available to develop a website but basis of my own experience, i suggest you to go for .Net based CMS(context management system) website. This gives you full control to customize your site according to your desire. And if you want to go for open source systen then i'll prefer Wordpress only because of its easy to use and customize feature.

I want to learn web development,please does anybody have ajax asp.net file or link where i can download and install on my system? Please help me with this as i really want to train myself on this.
