Is there any good automated solution for the deployment and management of outlook signatures
xchange 2003
Hi superr
Exchange 2003 do not directly offer features to set up managed signatures and disclaimer text
A supported method is to use an SMTP transport event sink.
Microsoft has provided the required code for this in order to achieve that via Visual Basic or VBScript.
VB :

fdp://support.microsoft.com/kb/317680
There is many 3 party soft for that many of them costs money like: Symprex/exclaimer/CodeTwo and etc ...
But you got some free ones and they are i can say very good and may save you some org. money .
Like: DisclaimIt 3.3 / Signature One 1.0.0.23 .
Good luck ,

Really a nice discussion is done by you. I know that the signature is nothing but it is the needed information which should be used to send the mail to the receiver.
Syntax-
mail(to,header, subject, from, message );
It may be possible to some extra information also .I know that it is depends on the programmer that what information he/she used to build it. I hope to you to present this type of post in the future also.
Thanks for sharing the information.
