I am used to using Windows 2003 server for its services but being this is a different network enviroment, I am still learning as I go.

we have to use the commands
Clear ip dhcp conflict*
Clear ip dhcp bindings*

we have ICMP enabled
and some static IP's on each subnet.
Nodes on each subnet
open source IP phones,
Printers,
IP cameras,
Access Points
and Laptops
not using VLANS all devices on the same subnet
I wouldnt mind doing VLAN's but not sure since the network is a
Hybird of different layer 2 switches (3comm,Linksys, cisco , Dell)
being diasy chained thru copper\fuber
what would be a good solution to fix these issues?
