Message Waiting Indicator Issue

Hi Everyone,

 

We are running CUCM 8.0.3 and we have some issues with Unity Server(8.0.3). The issue is with message waiting indicator MDI, some of our users see red lights on their phones indicating that they have message in voice mail box and when they try to check, they don't find any message. Sometime the red light on phone stay on even after listening the message which it supposed to be turned off. This issue does not exist always, sometime it occurs and sometime don't and also this issue is only few users not all. Can anyone help in investigating?

We've had this problem on occasion with our 7.1.3 system. I usually just uncheck/apply and recheck/apply the MWI for the user in unity and they don't have the problem anymore.
