Hi All

I sat the JNCIA exam Saturday. I have gone to cretare a web account with my Prmetric information from score report.
Im getting the following error message

Please correct the following:

We could not find a user meeting the specified criteria. Please review the criteria and try again.
I passed the exam does anyone no why this is happening
