You can buy books about linux and mac . You have the amazon stores or local ones
There is not so many popular books in mac

Although there are many good videos available on Youtube & other sites, it is better you start learning from the basics. And that too from a book. Videos are good, but I prefer books to videos. Try out Mac Os X Internals, A Systems approach.. Its a good one.
