Can i make port chanel whit 1gb copper and 10 gb copper ?

You could but the speeds would have to match so you would end up with 2 x 1gbps links which would not be of any benefit, connect the switches with out configuring port/etherchanel and let spanning tree take care of link failure as what you would have is 10gbps pri and 1gbps sec.
