I plan on following mark snows study plan on INE for ccna voice to ccie voice in one year. Using the materials provided with the all access pass and workbooks I will follow the plan til week 33 or so minus actually doing the ccie exam . The plan is taking the ccna voice and ccnp voice I am going to rent rack time that will last me for 25 weeks 4 times a week which will cost me $700.

I was entertaining the idea of going to a ccnp voice bootcamp after dedicating 6 months or so of self study to voice to fill in any holes and help me see the big picture. I seen some videos at some camps that the student is at the white board and the instructor is asking him to design the topology for a certain scenarios and that seems pretty to cool to gauge my understanding.

In everyones opinion do you think its worth it to do the bootcamp for 10 days to fill any gaps i have or is it just a waste of money?[/font]

go on ebay.co.uk and look at this http://www.ebay.co.u...=item416679bf15 for the money it doesnt seem a bad deal as you could try to do it yourself and spend weeks trying to get it right.

The boot camp option unless you get a personal recomendation from someone might not be a good ROI.

My thoughts

i was looking at voicebootcamp.com best price i've found it the states minus going to india. Its for 10 days and he teaches extra material such as uccx seems not to bad for $4995 and

Faisal Khan is still supporting/deploying in the field so he still knows whats going on out in the field. But that link you provided made my jaw drop with what it included.

If it was possible i'd considering building my own lab I do have 2 1760vs running 12.4 advip cucme and 2 3550 poe and 2 x 7945 2 x 7940. Everyone stated i have to go with atleast 3 2801 routers and that can be a little expensive. I do have a dell 1425 server with 8gb of ram and a quad core. Having everything running gets my electric bill going through the roof and i'm always drenched in sweat from the heat (not pleasant). If you think 1760vs will be good enough i'd reconsider doing the home lab again.
