i need to learn how tcl/tk deal with web application

I am trying to learn tcl/tk since last few days. I could not find much info on this. The following may be of some use to you.
Tcl code can be run inside a web browser and are called tclets ( much like applets). The link

contain tutorial to do so, but it seem to be pretty old.
