Generally .bin files are binary files, but it could be any thing. From binary to video or audio. Rename a xyz.txt files to xyz.bin, Now guide notepad.exe to open .bin files and it will open, coz It understand it's a text file. Right ?If the bin files have files in vcd format, then VLC will play without any problem.

Now let's see what original poster said " hi everybody. well i downloaded some CBTs with format .bin & .cue , i wanted to ask how can i open these files?". I know CBT's are generally comes with Videos and I have previous experiance that .bin files are video files that's why I suggested him to use "VLC" or "K-Lite codec pack". .cue files are are the playlist for .bin files which similar as .psu files for mp3s

I usually use CDRWIN from Goldenhawk to burn .bin & .cue...it's pretty nice and very small software
