79.4165 Printer Error

I have HP LaserJet 8150DN printer, it was running normally sine six months. but yesterday there was a new error "79.4165 Printer Error". when you try to print anything it will print one paper only and the error occurred and two papers jam inside.

 

I am wondering if anyone faced this error before and what is the solution?

seems like you have a hardware problem.

 

Another solution suggestion:

 

1-TURN OFF THE PRINTER AND AFTER 5 MINURE TURN ON THE PRINTER

2-IF THE MESSAGE STILL APPEAR TURN OFF THE PRINTER AND PRESS GO BUTTON WHILL YOU TURN ON THE PRINTER (COLD REST MESSAGE WILL APPEAR)

3-IF THE MESSAGE STILL APPEAR YOU MUST REPLACE FORMATTER BOARD
