Hmm, pretty good. One thing, if i may. You're including unnecassery certs, most of them have been superseeded.

Should be something like this:

BEFORE:

Key Professional Qualifications :
• Microsoft Certified Professional. (MCP)
• Microsoft Certified System Administrator. (MCSA)
• Microsoft Certified System Engineer. (MCSE)
• Microsoft Certified System Administrator Security. (MCSAS)
• Microsoft Certified System Engineer Security. (MCSES)
• Microsoft Certified System Administrator Messaging(MCSAM).
• Microsoft Certified System Engineer Messaging (MCSEM).

AFTER:

Key Professional Qualifications :

• Microsoft Certified System Engineer: Security Specialist (MCSE+S).
• Microsoft Certified System Engineer: Messaging Specialist (MCSE+M).

'coz to be honest an employer is not going to want to read more than whats necassery.

a cv is not the same as a resume... very simular
cv should include everything in detail
resume should ideally be 2 pages and only include the key aspects.. normally based on your cv but with parts removed/changed
in the UK IT industry it is normal to use a 2 page resume rather than a CV when applying for IT positions

this is a cv so it is fine to leave all the details in
reading though the 'cv' it has been developed for posting on the web for agencies to look at.. it would be a good base to tailor to the position you are actually going to be applying for

if this was a UK IT resume I'd remove superceeded certs... among other bits and pieces.. if applying for an actual position

for posting on agency sites, i'd leave it as it is.. it'll get more keyword hits when agencies are searching

i totally agree with you after consulting with the CV support team they told me :

Shady , the main reason for leaving you microsoft certificates section as it is now is because some employers dont search for MCSE only they sometimes search for MCP or MCSA and start fetching people according to that certificate plus no harm to mention all the tree path for getting those certificates

PS : in my view if you want you can just remove it but it is only a plus benefit to leave them

Is the personal section (say, in the US and applying in US) and skills section really necessary?

What do you guys think about career level too? I've never seen this in a resume/CV before

I think you would state your skills in your job desc.

hope you don't mind screeeeeem
i've made some amendments to change this into a typical uk IT resume which would be used to apply directly for a role in the UK
only a quick job..so far from finished.. but thought it might be useful for someone (as I was bored)..maybe open up some discussion

hxxp://[nofileshares].com/files/86395240/Shady_Hajjar.doc.html

i've just played with the order, and combined some sections, left some out...i've put notes at the end as to why i made the changes i have..
i haven't amended any text
