Hey all;

This is for ppl working in the Gulf countries only:

I want to ask you the following: if someone with the below mentioned qualification (find below), how much salary should be expected:

Experience: More than 8 years in large companies (Insurance and banking) as System, Network & Database Admin.

Education: MS in Information Technology, BSE in Computer Network Engineering.

Technical Certificates:
Microsoft: MCITP (WinSrv08 Enterprise Admin, Enterprise Support Technician "Vista")
MCTS (Exchange 2007, ISA 2006, SCCM, SCOM, SQL 2008)
MCSE 2003
MCSA 2003
MCDST "XP"
MCP
Cisco: CCNA (R&S)
CompTIA: A+, Net+, I-Net+, Server+, Security+, Linux+
Oracle: OCA 11g
HP: HP APS
Citrix: CCA
PMI: PMP
ITIL: ITIL V3 Foundation
ISO: ISO 20000 Foundation
Other: TOEIC, BrainBench, ExpertRatings, ICDL....

Countries of interest: (UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman)

Salaries are based on years of experience, all I know is that it starts with 50,000 going to 100,000 bucks depends on your location.

Salaries are not only based on years of XP, but also on Academic and technical qualifications as well...
