I just post these questions here because I think you are in a high-level of cisco system
and I'm sorry if this questions have been asked before
1) which IP Telephony certification is good as a technical support job ?
2) is there any Simulation for IP Telephony or CCNA Voice ?
3) it is good for some one to take CCNA, CCNA Security ,CCNA Voice, CCNA Wireless as a fundamental of
cisco system and as well as his first job position will be a network technical or a technical support ?

I would say:
1) CCNA-Voice and maybe CVOICE, ability to solving problems with documentation and tech notes
2) Well, not really, but you can do some stuff with softphones, CME in GNS
3) Definitely yes, it will better address requirements in SMB segment
