Hi,
I m working in servicedesk.i have done mcse.no technical qualification apart from mcse.i do generic tasks on exchange server.please suggest me some good certification or course with which i can get a good career break and salary.i m totally confused.don't want to be in service desk anymore..

You should step up to server administration, so choose MCSE Server administration Windows 2008 and Exchange 2010. Also try Microsoft Network Exam, if you think you lack network knowledge.

Yes..If you know exchange server very well , you can find lot of oppurtunities.

You should take another step higher by looking on some dirty real hands-on job
even if the salary is not the good.
