stay away from the popular ones. too many people on there applying. stick to the obscure ones and only apply if you can see who is the company you are applying to and you can confirm the company exists.

Try www.craigslist.org for jobs in the SF Bay Area, or for any of the many areas they cover. It's free for the employers and job seekers, and the info is always very current - they only have posts from the past 10 days.
